We know very little about the first peoples to walk this
The Ancient World
earth. The little we do know, however, tells us that they were
little different from us. They fought for survival in a world
full of hostile elements and neighbors, and they sought to
understand the world around them. Like all men, they sought
to answer the basic questions of existence: Who am I?
Why am I here? What happens when I die? And we are still
seeking to understand the answers they found and the
people who found them.
